Short version: Prune is free to download and its optional premium unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their store policies.
Pay once
The core Prune app is free to download and use. The optional premium unlock is purchased once, with no recurring fee and no auto-renewal.
Store purchases
The optional unlock is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Because those stores process the payment, refund requests are handled by them, not by us.
Requesting an Apple refund
For purchases made through the App Store, request a refund via Apple’s process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refunds under its own policy.
Requesting a Google Play refund
For purchases made through Google Play, request a refund via the Google Play refund process. Google decides refunds under its own policy.
